I am an independent mortgage agent licensed in Alberta and British Columbia. Emerald Mortgages operates as a division of BRX Mortgage, giving my clients access to a broad range of mortgage options while keeping the advice focused on their needs.

Being independent means I am not tied to one bank. I can compare options from major banks, credit unions, monoline lenders, trust companies, and alternative lenders, then help you understand the trade-offs behind the rate, term, features, prepayment options, portability, and potential penalties.
